Denise is a senior human resources leader with more than 30 years of experience, including more than 20 in executive roles. She most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer for a major Canadian payments organisation, where she led the HR function and helped align people and business strategy.

Earlier in her career, Denise held senior HR leadership roles in the health care and business services sectors, supporting organisations through growth, transformation, and acquisition. She brings deep expertise in executive leadership, culture, people strategy, and organisational change.
