Mark Jesty is a seasoned strategist and behavioural-change leader based in Toronto, Canada, specialising in foresight, organisational culture, and the application of technology to elevate human performance. With a background spanning leadership advisory, innovation, and professional development, Mark has built a reputation for helping organisations translate insight into adaptive, future-ready cultures.


  • Dr. Harry Toukalas

Dr. Harry Toukalas is the Founder & CEO of Swarm Dynamics, a behavioural-science and AI firm specialising in the measurement and prediction of human behaviour, network dynamics, and culture. Through his PhD research, he investigated systemic misconduct in the financial services industry and pioneered methods to map how informal networks propagate behaviour and risk. Harry brings deep expertise in behavioural science, risk, network analysis, and organisational culture, making him a key partner to guide CMBYND’s next phase of behavioural-transformation and cultural-analytics growth.
