Dr. Harry Toukalas
Harry is the Founder & CEO of Swarm Dynamics, a behavioural-science and AI firm specialising in the measurement and prediction of human behaviour, network dynamics and culture.
Through his PhD research, he investigated systemic misconduct in the financial services industry and pioneered methods to map how informal networks propagate behaviour and risk.
Harry brings deep expertise in behavioural science, risk, network analysis and organisational culture, making him a key partner to guide CMBYND’s next phase of behavioural-transformation and cultural-analytics growth.
Denise Hayes
Denise is a senior human resources leader with more than 30 years of experience, including more than 20 in executive roles.
She most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer for a major Canadian payments organisation, where she led the HR function and helped align people and business strategy. Earlier in her career, Denise held senior HR leadership roles in the health care and business services sectors, supporting organisations through growth, transformation, and acquisition.
Denise brings deep expertise in executive leadership, culture, people strategy and organisational change, strengthening CMBYND’s Advisory Board as the firm continues to help clients connect transformation with the human behaviours that drive lasting performance.
