Katie Yeutter appointed Managing Director, President, US & LATAM
CMBYND today announced the appointment of Katie Yeutter as Managing Director, President, US & LATAM, strengthening the firm’s leadership team as it continues to expand globally and scale its advisory, execution, and transformation capabilities across industries and markets.

Katie brings more than a decade of executive leadership experience guiding organisations through periods of growth, pressure, and transformation. She is known for architecting scalable operating models, strengthening performance and culture, and leading execution in environments where trust, accountability, and wellbeing directly influence results. Katie is widely recognised for her leadership and influence, including being named to the Florida 500 (2025) and Above & Beyond: Fifty Most Influential and Thought-Provoking Women in Florida (2023, 2025).
Katie is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation (YPO), serves on the board of the YPO Orlando Chapter, and is a member of the Society of International Business Fellows, reflecting her commitment to peer leadership, governance, and global collaboration. Her leadership perspective is also shaped by endurance pursuits that mirror the realities of organisational transformation. A seven-time Ironman finisher and English Channel swimmer, Katie brings firsthand experience navigating preparation, pressure, recalibration, and sustained performance.
