Harry is the Founder & CEO of Swarm Dynamics, a behavioural-science and AI firm specialising in the measurement and prediction of human behaviour, network dynamics and culture.
Through his PhD research, he investigated systemic misconduct in the financial services industry and pioneered methods to map how informal networks propagate behaviour and risk.
Harry brings deep expertise in behavioural science, risk, network analysis and organisational culture, making him a key partner to guide CMBYND’s next phase of behavioural-transformation and cultural-analytics growth.
Katie Yeutter
Katie serves as COO & CFO of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, and as President of its Leadership Cabinet on Safety, Health & Sustainability.
With a dual-focus on operational excellence and people-centred strategy, Katie has driven transformational initiatives that blend performance, purpose, and culture. Her leadership has helped the Chamber expand and sustain operations across multiple entities and years, including its safety, health, and sustainability programmes.
Recognised among Florida’s most influential business and political leaders, with honours including the Florida 500 (2025), INFLUENCE 150 (2022), and others that reflect her leadership impact. Katie brings deep experience in scaling organizational systems, aligning culture and strategy, and leading change across complex institutions.
